Q: What type of document is a .pdf file?
A: Portable Document Format (PDF) is the de facto standard for electronic distribution of documents. PDF files are compact, cross platform and can be viewed by anyone with a free Acrobat Reader. Q: I want to receive remittance reports on a monthly basis. How can I obtain them?
A: They can be obtained off of the Website, with current and prior month reports in a pdf format. Historical remittance reports are currently available in an all deal download format.

Q: I never received my principal and interest payment. Who should I contact?
A: To obtain your P & I payment, you will need to contact the Trustee. If you are unsure of the appropriate Trustee, call us at (636) 261-1359 or review the Trustee listing in deal order.

Q: When will the website be uploaded with the current month's data?
A: Citimortgagembs.com will generally be updated one business day prior to the 25th of the month.

Q: When will information be disclosed on Bloomberg?
A: Bloomberg receives data and information directly from us throughout the month. For newly issued transactions, Bloomberg receives our information the first week of the month after the new deal settles. On an ongoing monthly basis, Bloomberg generally has information updated on the distribution date of the securities (around the 25th of each month).
